Nandini is an exceptionally enthusiastic and dedicated team member who plays a vital role in supporting our back-office operations and ensuring seamless service for our clients. As a Real Estate Assistant, she provides personalized support to every client by conducting detailed research on neighbourhoods, schools, community amenities, and local market information to help clients make informed real estate decisions.

She assists clients throughout various stages of the real estate process, including coordinating mortgage applications, helping clients connect with lenders to secure competitive mortgage rates, and guiding them through related documentation. Nandini also supports clients with renovation planning by coordinating with contractors, service providers, and renovation teams, ensuring projects are organized and executed efficiently.

Acting as a central point of contact, she organizes and mobilizes renovation teams, manages scheduling, and maintains smooth communication between clients, contractors, and service providers. Her coordination ensures that renovation and improvement projects are completed in a timely and professional manner.

In addition, Nandini is responsible for handling essential paperwork, organizing transaction files, and ensuring that all office records and client documents are properly maintained, compliant, and up to date. She also contributes to office administration, supports marketing initiatives, and assists with social media management to enhance our online presence.

Through her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, Nandini provides comprehensive operational and administrative support to Deepak Sharma and the entire client network, helping deliver a smooth and professional real estate experience from start to finish.

 

 

 

 

LAURA MORILLO-MURIEL

Laura embarked on a career in the real estate industry driven by her deep passion for the industry. Following completing an honours Bachelor of Arts from York University, she gained valuable knowledge and experience as a paralegal in the compliance department of a real estate brokerage and as a property manager for 300+ units which deepened her understanding of residential real estate transactions. In 2016, she obtained her Real Estate License, expanding her expertise into sales, and joined the team of a Top Agent at Right at Home Realty. Seeking a more corporate role, Laura became Assistant Manager at our Toronto Central Branch in 2021. Drawing from her extensive experience, Laura possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced by real estate professionals and remains dedicated to supporting her colleagues in navigating these obstacles with confidence and achieving their goals.
