HARRY NASTAMAGOS

AREA MANAGER AND BROKER, TORONTO CENTRAL

Harry was born and raised in the Greater Toronto Area. He attended high school at Don Mills Collegiate and went on to York University where he graduated in 1988 with a B.A. in Economics. In 1991, after working in purchasing and distribution, Harry obtained his real estate license with the Toronto Real Estate Board and started working as an agent part-time while he also worked in sales and ran two of his own businesses. Finally, he decided to make real estate his full-time career and he worked for two different real estate franchise brokerages before making the switch to Right at Home Realty in 2007. He then obtained his broker's license followed by a Mortgage Broker license in 2009. During this time, Harry grew his own family’s real estate portfolio, allowing him to gain knowledge about tenants, property management, and the Landlord and Tenant Board. Although Harry started in residential, his passion grew for commercial real estate, where he focused on sales and analysis of businesses and investment properties. This led Harry to continue his education in Appraisal and Commercial Investment Analysis.

Laura embarked on a career in the real estate industry driven by her deep passion for the industry. Following completing an honours Bachelor of Arts from York University, she gained valuable knowledge and experience as a paralegal in the compliance department of a real estate brokerage and as a property manager for 300+ units which deepened her understanding of residential real estate transactions. In 2016, she obtained her Real Estate License, expanding her expertise into sales, and joined the team of a Top Agent at Right at Home Realty. Seeking a more corporate role, Laura became Assistant Manager at our Toronto Central Branch in 2021.
